Having advice on a website or blog is one thing. You can check back whenever you feel the urge to read the posts and leave your comments.
However, I have always felt that a more personal approach is best when dealing with ones health issues.
For that reason I have set up my Free Relief From Arthritis Newsletter.
To subscribe to my newsletter it is very simple:
Step 1. Follow the big red arrow on the screen and you will see the subscribe box.
Step 2. Enter in your Name and your Email address into the boxes provided and hit the big blue Subscribe button. (This will take you to an activation page telling you to confirm your subscription.)
Step 3. Check your email account that you subscribed with and open the email sent to you.
Step 4. Click the link in the Email to confirm your subscription and thats it!
Now you will be able to receive my regular motivational tips, diet plans, healthy and tasty recipes, product reviews, exercise guides and much more straight into your email box.
It will be like having me there with you to offer support and help you through any bumps in the road to a full recovery.
