“I bought this opener for my mother whose arthritis often means opening jars is rather problematic. It’s not been a disappointment! It takes a little while to go through the process of clamping onto the jar lid, twisting it and then releasing but it has worked every time. The novelty value is such that my mother has taken to demonstrating how good it is to anyone who visits, even if the jar doesn’t need opening!
